Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: attend Day 1 and submit the Day 1 assignment. If you still don't like the workshop, we refund your ₹299 in exchange for the AI tool credits we helped you set up on Day 1.

1. What you are buying

The 5-Day AI Video Mastery workshop is a digital programme priced at ₹299 (inclusive of applicable taxes). It includes LMS recorded classes (21–24 October 2026), one live workshop (25 October 2026), the listed bonuses, and hands-on help on Day 1 to set up your accounts and free/trial credits on the AI tools used. Access details are sent to you after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Refund condition

If you have attended Day 1 and submitted its assignment and genuinely do not like the programme, write to us and we will refund your fee — in exchange for the AI tool credits and accounts we set up for you on Day 1, which are surrendered and deactivated along with your programme access.

3. When a refund is not available

• Day 1 or the Day 1 assignment has not been completed.
• The Day 1 AI tool credits have already been consumed and cannot be surrendered.
• Requests made more than 7 days after Day 1 (21 October 2026).
• Credentials were shared, content was redistributed or our Terms of Service were broken.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@aicreatorstudio.in from the address you enrolled with, subject "Refund request", with your full name, payment reference, Day 1 assignment and the AI tool accounts set up for you. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval to the original payment method via our payment gateway, and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days after initiation. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.

6. Cancellations

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is no future billing to cancel. If we cancel or reschedule the live classes or workshop and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund with no conditions.
